EO prides itself on creating an environment of substantial grooming and intellectual freedom overlaid by rigorous, self-imposed standards of excellence and socially responsive practices. A high degree of attention is paid to develop the content for all training modules.
The committee practice continuous submission reassessment and refinement of current practices and thinking. To enable us to fine tune course contents and delivery mechanisms our committee assess the appraisal and feedback from the students. The efforts and imperative contribution of our committee members help us to enhance the training modules and learning environment for our participants. While all our training programmes has been designed and developed on demand of HR Department and educational institutes.
Committee Members: Babu P George, PhD, Assistant Professor (Business Studies)& Managing Editor (Journal of Tourisum) - University of Southern Mississippi, Hattiesburg, MS, USA As a veteran in the industry, Babu has over 15 years experience and has worked with many esteemed institutions, to help them optimize learning efficiency through the use of innovative learning techniques and technologies. Presently working as an Assistant Professor of Tourism Management in University of Southern Mississippi, USA, he has also been associated with Pondicherry University, Goa University and Mar Ivaneos College, Trivandrum, India. Babu, one of the active members of our Programme Committee, providers research-centric consulting solutions that assist us to define, operates and optimize our strategic learning initiatives. He is also supporting us in expansion of business network worldwide. Babu holds Bachelor of Science in Electronics degree from Mahatma Gandhi University, Master of Tourism Administration degree from Pondicherry University, and Doctor of Philosophy in Management Studies degree from Goa University. He has authored numerous books and papers on various management imperatives pertinent to the service and hospitality industry. Dharmendra C, Chief Knowledge Officer, Sambodhi Research & Communication Pvt. Ltd. With over 14 years extensive experience, Dharmendra is a professional trainer and project management specialist and a co-founder of Sambodhi. He has been associated with leading organizations and corporate houses for human and organization development on various functional management themes. He has been a leader in corporate training and development and has been at the helm of some of the best training methodology implementations across and outside the country as well. As an active member in corporate training industry, Dharmendra is a veteran of over 1500 trainings programmes using range of training methods. Sahaniya Srivastava, President (Excella Orbit), Sambodhi Research & Communication Pvt. Ltd. Sahaniya, founder and President, leads the Excella Orbit team. With more than 8 years cutting edge and strategic experience in Business Management, Brand Management, Corporate Communications, People Management, and developing & designing products & strategic services in financial services sector, Sahaniya has proven track record of setting up people's management procedures, enhancement standards and implementing effective training modules in the corporate industry. In her role with Sambodhi, she drives the branding efforts, product launches and strategic plans. To date, Sahaniya has helped companies like HSBC, Way2Wealth, IL & FS, DCBL, FPSB India and SMC Wealth to develop and deploy enterprise-level interactive marketing strategies and best HR practices. With over 14 years extensive experience, Dharmendra is a professional trainer and project management specialist and a co-founder of Sambodhi. He has been associated with leading organizations and corporate houses for human and organization development on various functional management themes.
